ebates responded on twitter and said that nike was having a hard time tracking orders and was working out the kinks. chances are, they are fixed now and back to stay

Question. If I use a $10 off $60 coupon on a $61 online FNL transaction, can I call FNL afterwards and tell them to put in my winner's circle reward so I can get an additional $20 off? I know that when I try to use both the coupon and the reward, the coupon will not work because the reward puts it under the $60 threshold.

Nah, the WC reward always comes off first. To use the $10 off $60 + a WC reward, you'll need to spend $80 pre-tax/shipping.
