QftOption 1: Take the woman to the cleaners via Insurance. Claim soft tissue damage and get a paid for vacation for a while if you feel it necessary. Option 2: Have her insurance pay for damages/repairs at your Lexus dealership and get on with life
maybe you should ask your pops, who:
i. runs an autoshop
ii. probably deals with situations like this 24/7
iii. has no reason to take advantage of you

Wish it was that easy, unless you have a serious injury, most claims cover enough for bills and expenses, and maybe a little something after. Taking it anything further than that would probably be costly and time consuming.
I would be mainly concerned about getting that car fixed up as well as my health.
Female driver's insurance should cover it since she was clearly at fault.
