No, 17 is the legal age of consent to have intercourse. I am 99% positive that filming a minor (because 17 does make her a minor still) performinga sex act, even at 17, still constitutes child pronography. If this is the case, which again I am pretty sure it is, you are about to be in a world of hurt. Why do people keep saying as long as shes legal? He didnt just get head from her..he recorded it. That's child porn. Theres a reason all porn stars are18+. Then he's sending it over the internet. That's distributing child porn. He could get in a lot of trouble for this.
