I can't take this seriously with that accent.
He needs to do a full frontal to get his career back on track.Someone said that the only will smith movies that do well are the ones where he has a shower scene. It's actually been confirmed
The accent doesn't bother me at all, he sounded good to me
Movie is gonna be a huge flop folks, sorry to say. It comes out about the same time as star wars.
nahhhh all the Star Wars fanboys aren't waiting a week to see it, Star Wars will make the bulk of it's money in the opening weekend
You must be trolling. He had grown men in the theater shedding tears.
Anyway, can't wait to see this movie. Will one of the GOAT actors.
They just s.o.f. capital T.
People stay overrating this man.
GOAT?
What about promotion?
NFL is king and has it's hand on networks like Fox, CBS, ESPN/ABC, & NBC....
Gonna be interesting to see where we'll be able to see commercials for this film.

Me too. I'm confused on how he is supposed to sound.
People are so emotionally invested in celebrities. It really is a sad day.
Willard wants that Oscar so damn bad. It's not gonna happen, though. He was always always charming, but never particularly talented. Will Smith is the acting equivalent of Jay-Z on NT. His minions will fight until death with the understanding that they will be avenged by 2 more just like them.
With that said, Willard has been trash for quite some time. Ali, Pursuit of Happyness, I am Legend, 7 Pounds, After Earth, etc.: ALL TRASH.
This movie will have no impact whatsoever. People are acting like Will Smith is some type of box office draw. Like Focus didn't happen.
Dwayne Johnson is legitimately a more polished thespian than Willard Smith. Same can be said for LL Cool J.
Nah, I just think homie didn't know this was based off a real person. Haha!i don't think it's the accent or the way he even does it. it's more so people can't picture Will with an accent like that. he actually does well with it IMO

Haha! I swear y'all post dumb **** hoping to get reps.
As far as him not being a box office draw... last I heard, he is the only actor in history to have like 8 or 9 movies straight to hit 100m domestically. But whatever, looks like a good movie to me. *Shrugs*
Yes the TV show Ballers did not have consent as long as you use the logo as intendedSo help me understand something. A movie can use the NFL's name without consent?

Warning: Spoiler Ahead
Earlier this month, NBC’s ProFootballTalk revealed that the NFL team uniforms featured in Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s upcoming HBO show “Ballers” are used without the consent of the league.
HBO’s reply to the story, and Business Insider, was that "HBO is always mindful of other intellectual property owners, but in this context there is no legal requirement to obtain their consent.”
It turns out that is 100% true, according to a prominent entertainment lawyer.
After speaking to entertainment lawyer Michael C. Donaldson, who has over 30 years of experience in copyright and entertainment issues, BI learned that as long as the NFL trademark and team logos are used as they were intended to be used, and do not disparage or tarnish it, there is no need to ask for permission.
