concord 11 legit check/bgrade check! HELP ASAP!

so heres the deal.  I picked up these concords locally from a guy who claimes he got them from nike.com .. he even sent me a pic of the receipt.. which he didnt give me when i actually met up with him.. i have a few concerns about the shoe. i know that they are legit, i just wanna make sure i didnt pick up no bgrades from some bum #$! website..  the problems i noticed were

1. One shoe had a finished production date of 10/6/11 and the other ended on 10/12/11  .. both started at 7/14/11 however..
2. I noticed a red stamp in the box.. dont know what it means
3. i have no general release stamps under the insole of my shoes, not sure if its because its from nike.com or what?!
4. the emboss on the box doesnt line up with the jumpman.. 

LOOK AT ALL THE PICS AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN. Thanks in advance

thanks. honestly can someone compare the jumpman on the box to their pair? its kinda getting me mad how one of the jumpmans on the box is that off. its in one of the pics.

your shoes are legit bro no worries becoz the jumpman logo on the box a lil bit off (it's called JB quality nowadays) the shoes also in very good condition

Supposedly to stop the kicks from yellowing bit in the Long Run it will do more harm by drying the shoes out

I can't tell by the pics provided 100% but 23 on back looks correct.
