Why not go out with the people you just met and have fun? You WILL want to meet as many girls as you can in freshmen orientation.

Mine is on Wednesday. From what I hear its straight, ima just try to meet some cool people so I wont feel out of place in the fall.

Have basically my third orientation July 1st. Transfer student one though so it cant be too bad...8 hours i think and it comes with lunch

OP, my orientation was a month long and I had a similar mindset going in. Then I met some good people and now they're some of my closest friends.
Plus it's easy to meet new people this way since you're all forced to be there.
