Coffee Thread - Daily Grind / Shots Fired

Started a new hobby and I'm going deep down the rabbit hole that is Espresso Machines, grinders, accessories, techniques...Anyone else here grinding/brewing their own coffees?

Just got my setup delivered and running last week. This **** is a grind to dial in no pun intended.

Machine: Gaggia Classic Evo Pro E24
Grinder: Eureka Silenzio

i got into this because there are no great coffee shops near me, so i decided to just do it myself. but i also thought it’d be cheaper long term and avoid coffee shops all together, but over the last week i’ve gone to more local shops than i have in the last month to buy beans from them

that Terrakaffe looks crazy. my setup is definitely a much more manual process, but maybe i’ll graduate to one of those someday.
