cleaning question regarding js panda shoes

i recently got some js panda shoes and would like to wear them.    does anyone know how to clean them if they get dirty?  my bf said to scotchgaurd it but im not sure.   any advice?

Definitely spray some water proofing agent. Worst comes to worst soap and water (after the fact).

thanks for help guys. i decided not to wear them as getting them dirty would kill me and its just too risky.

It's mostly black, I so go for it and wear them.
