Yeah it is a staple in Asia(I'm Chinese). When I go back we eat it like 3-4 times a week. I like cat more than dogs b/c the meat is leaner.

I dont know if its only a San Diego chinese food thing. But Salted Pepper Chicken wings >>> any other chinese chicken.
