seriouslywas this real??
PREACH. My little bro (just turned 20) constantly feels like he's failing at life because he isn't doing it like the dudes he follows on IG. Had to pull him aside and remind him that he got a GED a year ago.To get a sense of belonging/accomplishment. I guess it would be the feeling of being the big man on campus online.Never understand why people flex for the internet.![]()
I feel bad for this generation (born in 1985 here). It's always a competition with everything and never feeling content/satisfied.
When I was a kid, I just played Sega Genesis and shoot hoops with the kids around my home after school. I was happy with what I had, never felt I needed to show off to anyone.

Besides lying, I hate when I see accounts with bought followers and they feel superior and above others![]()
People have 1000 "followers" and like 10 likes. That's what people do to feel accepted and act like they are something special. At least try buying likes as well to make it look real lol

My man Im gon need you to get yourself together.
No FB, no IG, no Smartphone, I'm still in the dark ages
It is what it is, IG is full of lames, but there are LOTS of accounts worth the follow, full of inspiration for other artists, specially photographers, maybe is because I'm a photographer I feel as tho IG was God sent, joint is easily the best advertising tool for my work AND is free! Those of you complaining simply ain't using it right or it simply doesn't fit your lifestyle...just this passed weekend, NewYork.com and ShakeShack organized an instameet, about 140 IGers showed up, all ages and races, pro photogs and dudes with iPhones, I met a couple of cool people and had a blast...there was even 2 dogs who have huge IG accounts present, it was really dope

Just think about how much people lie on places where they don't actually need to provide pictures.
*cough*
