CARDIO AND RUNNING THREAD

just got started back running 2 weeks ago ....

monday - chest + 1.5 mile
tuesday - shoulder + tricep + 1.5 mile
wednesday - 4.5 miles
thursday - rest
friday - back + bicep + 1.5 mile
saturday - 4.5 miles
sunday - rest

I forgotten how good it feels just spacing out and just run ...my ultimate goal is too get as close as how i was when i was still in the marines (7 years ago

Damn, and I thought my 2.5 miles a day was already doin' it. We got dudes in here running 5-10 miles per day haha.
