you can definetely get a charger, hit up the police auctions, repo spots and general dealerships, go on autotrader.com and pick up all those freedirectory/advertisement magazines at your local grocery stores

I don't know where you are going to find a Z for less than $10K. The cheapest ones I have seen in my area are like $11.5K and they have near100,000 miles.
