that's an understatement... even #%+++@ customs can be pulled off for that type of money. look at SBTG or Lazy's work and then say $250 is too much orunjustifiable for a custom job. i don't necessarily like this custom, but i'm just trying to make a point and stand up for a fellow customizer.

$250 is a steal.
its funny to me how people gripe about the price on these, but will pay double that for Supas, Lodens, Stussys, Homers, or Lobsters etc.

Saw them in person this afternoon. Great looking shoe and the quality is amazing. You can't even tell they are painted. Would have copped, but theydidn't make a size 13. Settled for the fitted.

Run of the mill? Like I said, you can tell who has been around for awhile and who hasn't. If you were around when dude posted regularly, you'd know his work is far from "run of the mill". The guy's work is quality, and that comes from most people that have seen his work inperson.

It's special b/c this is a guy who has been on NT for a long time and started making ill customs when he was a young @%$ dude. Now he's in college andone of his more "famous" customs from a number of years ago is being made again. That's all there is to it.

And no, I wouldn't buy these. I don't wear Dunks. But that doesn't mean I can't admire the work it took to make these. There are tons ofkicks I wouldn't touch but I still admire for the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
