good question
Yea im pretty sure its illegal to be under age and sell beer

More than likely it would have to be a manager to serve the beer.  I don't see the entire staff of a Burger King be over the age of 21
You can become a bartender at 18.

no the +$$* you can't. rules might be different in Minnesota but that's a huge HELL NO in Cali.

21 for bartenders and cocktail servers, 18 to serve alcohol in a bonafide eating place, if working in an area primarily designed and used for the sale and service of food, and as an incidental part of a server's overall duties.

Mad props go to my former employer Burger King.  There's a reason why they're #1 in the 'hood.

Might need to check this out next time i'm up there, but it's hard to eat a meal that's not Roscoes there...
Is it the one next to the library?

think I saw some beer there
Yup and the one inside Macy's plaza on 7th and Flower.  I know they have Budweiser on tap, not sure what other kind they serve.  The Subway inside the Bonaventure hotel serves bottles so they have more selections.

im glad b/c when I went to the Whopper Bar @ City Walk @ Universal Studios Orlando I was pissed b/c it was just a BK...

I envisioned some sort of alcohol or something where you make your own Whopper .. like a salad bar.

LOL I came in here specifically to post this. We got lost after watching at Arena Football game at Staples, ended up at that Carls'.. I thought I was imagining things when I saw the little taps/beer spouts.

I've always wanted to go back

I don't know about selling open beer but, as far as selling sealed beer you can be the minimum age of 16 as long as you get your TABC license(at least in Texas).
