the castor oil has been helping me for a couple years... I played myself thinking I was set so I grew my Hair out for a few months... stopped using the castor oil cut my hair and it was thinner than b4... been back on it for a few weeks now... and it's coming back slowly...

The best thing to do with the facial is keep shaving...

Castor oil is suppose to help your hair grow a bit faster and thicker. In some cases I heard that it can stimulate parts of ur head where ur going bald at to regrow hair in that area. But nowadays I just use it on my beard

Shave my head in the shower with either a gilette fusion or schick hydro blade. Line my beard up with a straight razor. I use slick mentholated shave cream and I never bump up. Found that shaving my head in the shower under super hot water was less irritating on my skin and have used that method ever since.
