Bowen was a good defender and could pop 3's sometimes, but retiring his jersey is crazy. The Heat set the standard pretty low though

Things I loved about him
1. How hard he worked to get where he was. I remember my man playing with him (Heat) in 2K3?
2. Beside BJ Armstrong, probably the most corner 3PT shooting dude I have personally witnessed.
3. I love his, "I ain't do nothing" pose. He did that often. You know, the one in which he puts his hands up high after he clips CP3.

It is literally akin to the Lakers deciding to retire Rick Fox's number....
Might as well retire the ball boy during those championship years, and while you are at it retire the sweat cleanup team
