I was puzzled when PJ left Blatche in the game and had them inbound the ball to him in the back court. He shouldn't have been in the game after he went 1for2 right before. He did knock down both FT's though. I'm about to call out of work to go to game 7, a Nets win along with a Knicks lost would make it a great weekend

lol @ the knicks losing, ill be happy if the nets win. Btw, those prices for nets tickets are ridiculous. For $280, i could get a ringside seat for myself in the same arena for malignaggi vs. broner.

It wasn't pretty but we're going back to Brooklyn... Game 7

We looked flat out there for most of the game (1st qtr both teams were on fire) & Chicago did a good job of always hanging around. Our missed FT's also hurt us throughout the game, but Blatche hitting those last 2 at the end came up real clutch. Defintiely wasn't pretty, but I'll take it. Let's get it done on Saturday

yeah smh. i remember in the good old NJ days that they would charge an extra ten dollar premium(or ten percent?) for the heat games. I can only imagine what its going to be now....

We made a nice run in that 2nd half, but every time we cut it close, Chicago just kept extending the lead

disgusting way to end the season. shouldve went ot game 5 like others in this thread did to watch them win lol. What makes me feel a little better is chicago getting whooped by miami though

We all saw it when he was in ATL, and believed he was better off not being the best player on the team, but he still managed to **** things up royally.

I don't know much about this Nets squad overall, but from the outside looking in, I think Carlisemo got done dirty. Dude took over from Johnson and led the team to a playoff berth.

PJC was hands down the worst coach in the playoffs and a terrible coach throughout the regular season. We got to the playoffs because we have an elite PG, a top 5 center and a damn good SG. There's a reason he was fired less than 24 hours after losing. This was a done deal based on his performance throughout the season, his constant lying to the media, his inability to develop the youngsters - basically, PJC is a coach who's coaching like it's still the mid-90s. No surprise he got destroyed by a coach who's led a revolution in the NBA.

Pretty much saw this coming... His rotations all year were baffling to say the least. Mirza, Brooks, & Taylor wasted talent on the bench all year

Still pissed and can't get over that freakin L.  Joe was horrible!! Also happy Carlesimo got the boot
