Those pods on the soles seem really off..

This doesn't look good. I've found widows peak at the middle of the shoes. A common sign of fakes.

Can you explain the widows peak you're spotting to me for future reference?

There's a widows peak between the leather and the patent leather. It looks like a triangular shape extra patent leather that was not removed in the production. Every fake have it.
