Yeah, the toe box from the first picture is a lot bigger than the last picture, so if he sent all 3 of those pictures to you than that's suspect.

I agree that the first pic looks different than the rest, also the pictures look to be taken in different areas so I would have him tag the pics to make sure becasue it does seem suspect
