Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

I don't believe so. I interpret AV's assessment of Todd as kind of like a job. If a improved, high paying job were to present itself, I'm sure your "loyalty" would be compromised and you would choose the better. Specifically, Todd conferred with Uncle Jack to spare Walt and leave some remnants of the money. There may be some kind of loyalty there, but when Walt returned and Todd lead him back to their house, Todd stated that he shouldn't have came back, hence his loyalty remained with his Uncle of course. Also, I wouldn't put past Todd compromising his relationship with his Uncle if it meant guaranteed courtship with Lydia. After all, dude made sure to check the dressing better thread and made it a precedence to wear slacks and button down shirt.

nice assessment.
Every now and then I would just randomly yell out in Coach Taylor's voice "Lance! Somebody get me Lance!" whenever I saw Todd on screen.
lulz

still irritated with the closing song to 'felina'. i still feel they could of used the opening song and somehow composed it to have a 'closing' feel to it. the closing scene to 'granite state' with the closing music gives me chills every time i see it. just brilliant.

I think using the theme song to end the series would have been a bit clumsy.

The lyrics of Baby Blue perfectly encapsulate the character of Walter White.

Word, one of my favorite scenes. They only used the complete theme song once in the entire series and how appropriate was the execution of the song and scene combination in that ending. Automatic chills.

Just finished the whole series after watching the first 2 seasons I stopped since I wasnt really feeling the show but I'm happy I picked it back up and got to see how things escalated very quickly

After reading through the last couple of pages I see that I'm not the only one that hates skylar and marie :lol
My favorite characters have to be Mike and Gus they were so thorough :hat
I hated Jesse at first because I felt he was a terrible drug dealer but his time spent with mike he made some good strides to the point where I liked him more than Walt (who I dont really like much either)
Am I the only guy feeling lydia doe? something about a uptight professionally dressed woman :evil

I appreciate the hell out of the Baby Blue closing. The opening theme music remix they did for the end of Granite State was very cool but listen to the lyrics of Baby Blue, it's so on point :smokin The sound of it may initially throw you off but it fits.

Have they announced a Breaking Bad soundtrack yet? or has it already been released? 8o

Rewatching everything from the beginning, wife's never seen it so she'll be going in completely fresh. As I was opening up the set, she was asking about the significance of the Los Pollos Hermanos apron and the barrel...had to tell her "you'll see". ;)

This will def be intesting, yesterday we watched the Pilot. Funny how Hank and Jesse don't quite have their tone or rythmn yet (kinda like comparing Homer's voice from Simpsons' season 1 to later on).

Me and my dude just binge watched the whole show in a matter of a few weeks--- AMAZEBALLS!!!!

I always knew I wanted to watch the show, I just figure I'd wait until everything was said and done. I'm glad Walt died with some dignity, and ol' hater buster *** Jesse ungrateful *** saved by Walt again. Didn't even say thank you!!!!! Walt saved Jesse idk HOW many times.....Man whatever ounce of anything I felt towards Jesse went out the window when he started talking :{ Dawg you know the rules, don't get in this business if you can't keep your mouth closed. You gotta issue with Walt handle that **** ON YO OWN. He deserved being locked up in that dungeon but that was wrong what they did to Andrea... Todd gave zero dambs. I don't forgive Walt for messing with Brock but man Jane was a MASSIVE liability and I honestly think Jesse would've OD'd eventually had she lived. I don't think her near death would've stopped anything for long. It's ironic she went out the same way she was preventing Jesse from going out (she told him to sleep on his side so he wouldn't choke on his throw-up)

Marie was by the far the worst person on the show... like I didn't even feel bad when Hank (RIP, I literally shed a tear) was going in on her in the 4th season.

Fav villain obviously was Gus-- dude was so boss with it. Sad he went out the way he did.

Walt--- jeez man. Like there are no words to describe the sheer HNIC'ness of his character. He literally WAS criminal mastermind.

Are ya'll gonna watch the spin-off show "Better Call Saul"??

Finished watching the entire series for the 2nd time.... :smokin

Closing song to Felina is :smokin

Also the theme song to Mike and Jesses ride along 1977 by Ana Tioux is :smokin :x :{

But my favorite theme has to be Truth by Alexander Ebert in the closing of "Box Cutter"... The lyrics to this just go so well with this episode...

Hell yeah man that fool Jesse lost whatever respect I had for him when he went and snitched man… you just don’t do that seriously.

And that B. A. N. Hank and his even dumber B wife were big ungrateful pieces of **** that I’ve ever seen in my life.

After all Walt did for the both of them and paid for everything with that same drug money that Hank wanted to bring him in for he couldn’t turn a blind eye… seriously.

As much as I hated Walt’s ***** of a wife I had more respect for her than B. A. Jesse and Hank and his dumb B petty stealing wife.

Yeah I didn’t like Gus at first, but when all was said and done that dude was a well calculated individual... only dude seeing him as a villian is the villian from No Country for Old Men... that N was bawse on another level.

Mike’s G card goes without saying bar none... next to Walt dude was also one of my favorites with Gus and the twins.

Also, so happy that piece of **** snobby B got hers when Walt put that crap in her sugar… I forgot her name, but it was the chick that Mike wanted to kill.

That damn book in the toilet messed everything up though… it was all good and fine and dandy and Walt looked like he was going to skate away and go back to a regular life… but it’s the little mistakes and misses that turn into big problems.

Leave no book overturned (pun intended) or however that saying goes :lol

When Gus gave Victor that one way ticket to Belize :hat :hat

Guy is my favorite "villain" ever, better than Marlo who held that title for a while.

I only wish we knew more about his backstory in Chile but I appreciate the mystery at the same time

Once again Vince Gilligan :hat :hat :hat

Genius

THIS!!!! Man I was so pissed they didn't give him a decent backstory--- but maybe it'll be covered in the prequel.

They picked the worst version of The Wire theme for that mashup. I always skipped the opening credits to that season :lol

^ Go to his Youtube page. He's done it for each season.
