I was told via chat representative that I can't cancel the order until it's done processing. I don't have the patience to deal with one of their brain dead reps on the phone this week, and I don't need the money, so I'll ride it out another 2 days. They're really bad though.So frustrating that every time I call or tweet finishline they just give me the run around and say they are locating pairs. Smh. Just wish they would refund my money at this point
They aren't refunding me yet either and it's starting to make me angry. They told me they have 3-5 days to ship out to me before my order will 100% not be processed. This is pathetic, even by FNL's usual standards. I just want my money back, don't even care about these very much
Yep exact same situation for me. I just want my refund so I can locate another pair. Really is pathetic.
You guys can't just cancel the order? That's never been an issue before.
That sucks man. I never had issues with canceling before. Good luck.
