Caught up finally... I'm very much enjoying the new season.

Van Alden is gold every second he's on screen. "Is this a joke?" "Why must it always be pandemonium?"

It's unfortunate because I'm seeing so much great material left out there... Capone, Luciano and the Commission, Ness, they even through a Kennedy cameo in there so it's bittersweet that the show is ending soon.

But I'll enjoy it while it lasts. And Nucky's new bodyguard/hitman is awesome.

She didn't care. She was trying to manipulate him into seeing her as he would see his own daughter and not try to harm her because she was obviously afraid for her life after she just witnessed him cave someone's head in with a hammer. I'm guessing she wasn't an experienced killer and didn't have much faith in her ability to use the pistol. If Chalky got that loose with a hammer, in her mind what else was he capable of? She didn't know him from Adam.

They didn't kill the hooker, the John that was so obsessed with a prosty that he bought her flowers daily did. His money probably dried up and she probably told him to kick rocks and he snapped. That dumb little moment when he told little Nucky about love and all that probably meant he had a family and was going against what he should have been doing to be with a *****.

I don't think Joe would've poured him a drink if he didn't like the answer. Nor would he have told him that he intended to break the law and sleep with a hooker considering he told Nucky that he's never broken the law. (obviously a lie)

I feel like it's going to end with Nucky in a coffin. They have been foreshadowing his death in all three episodes. "Leaving something behind" was just another clue that he doesn't have much longer to live.

Well if they're holding true to the inspiration for the character (Nucky Johnson) then he doesn't die.

But I hope they do give the ending some sort of twist since I know what happened to the real Nucky in real life.

I don't think Meyer even made an appearance this episode.

If you're referring to the cathouse slaying at the end that was Bugsy (Benny) & some other random dude.

I actually liked Buck's character, the singing, random stories, and his pronunciation of 'purse' (powice) and 'Fern' (Foine) ... but was glad to see him go because he was clearly out of his mind...

Rothstein's wife got Margaret under pressure... I can see Nuck getting caught up (again) with her and losing business down South with his other chick...

Director or producer said in an interview before the season started that Nucky Thompson isn't Nucky Johnson. So I took that as him hinting to killing him off

So Margret's back. Eh. If I was her I would've just told AR's wife that Nucky will kill you if you try to blackmail or extort him. Simple as that.

I enjoyed Chalky's little home invasion. I just wanted him to kill that fool sooner and I was hoping their was a husband. I wanted to see Chalky change clothes in to something more respectable.

I'm a bit tired of these Nucky flashbacks for this final season. I agree that the writers are pacing stuff like they got 13 eps to deal with.

I liked the ultimatum Joe gave Nuck. Nuck is a bit lost out there. He wants out, wants to leave something behind but has either killed or abandoned (or let them leave him) anyone he could do that for. Shame his kid didn't survive. I know he don't want to end up like AR (another good reason to haveAR's death on screen so we can see how Nucky reacts).

She's extorting Peggy/Margaret more so than Nucky and rightfully so. She played a role in the theft of 111k of Rothstein's money and now his wife has nothing to her name. Her going back to Nucky when she's in trouble confirms why she's the most hated character in my book. She's nothing but a lying, manipulating con-artist who only looks out for herself.
