I hate how pit bulls have become the stereotypical hood dog. Every Puerto Rican with a tanktop and a PR Flag tattoo has a pit.

I think you should socialize any dog the younger the better. Get them comfortable being around other dogs or other animals. Take them to classes to help train them and I'm not talking about fighting either.

Pits are just like any other dog...its all about how you raise them. They live with 2 other dogs a boxer and chocolate lab....2 cats too. The chocolate lab is actually more "aggressive" than the pit bulls.

They are both big babies though. They are both real laid back and we have never had a problem with either of them being aggressive. Oh yeah $%%$ Michael Vick!

I agree with the stereotypical hood dog but you ain't have to bring my people in to this. Whenever I take my Pit out I got black guys asking me, you breed her? You got pups? I gotta male for her? Like come on B, get out of here with that shhh. I had one cat come up to me and ask me if I had blue pits all day? SMH, it's a shame how these dogs are treated and viewed

I have a pit and he's a*% big baby. he loves people and other dogs. on the flip side of things it's very sad that they get singled out because of bad owners and the bad rep the get from the media. it's funny how people clear my path every time i walk near them with my pit. 

 some people don't believe on getting this done but cropping the ears makes them look 10x better IMO. make sure you get them show or short cropped not battle cropped. my pit has show cropped ears.
