I feel strongly about these too. I get what these guys are saying. These are grails to a lot of people. These shoes defined what sneakers are to a lot of us. At that time....AJs kept getting better and better and MJ and the bulls kep getting better and better. I remember how awesome we thought the Vs were back then and then these dropped and people went mad. We thought the Vs were awesome as hell and these just blew them away. There was nothing like them and they looked just fantastic. I still think theyre the best looking shoe of all time.

Im 36 and this is my era right here. I love the infrared VIs andI get exactly why some people feel so strong about em. I cant wait for these to drop.

Heads up, Bro, it  ain't cool to be  a Michael Jordan fanatic over here. All they do is take shots at him make fun of his gear and baseball career. But I totally agree, if you're more than just a hipster  and INTO ALL THINGS pertaining to Michael's career, these are very special.

And even if you're just a child of the '90s this should still be a big deal without the "calm down, it's just a shoe". Good look homie. I appreciate that so much. People can hate on his gear or career all they want. But when you are great, it shows. I can't speak for the people that take shots at him, but I watched him everynight as a kid. I respect the things this man did for the game. Some people just won't understand. Kids of the 90s wont understand and I hate speaking on age, but it shows so much that it has to be said.

I'm 29 so I'm not too far behind you. I wish it was a darker infrared like the first ones, but the color on the heel tab is darn near identical to the 90's Xis.

Okay it's too far gone to say stop hyping the hell out of one shoe. This is on everyone and they mamma's radar come Black Friday 2014. I will be 31 in a few weeks and I remember keeping my eyes glued to the screen during the bulls games hoping to get a good look at the current years model of Mj shoes. When playoffs came I know I would see something extra special.

I remember keeping my eyes glued to the screen during the bulls games hoping to get a good look at the current years model of Mj shoes. When playoffs came I know I would see something extra special.

See, I didn't even know he wore different shoes for AllStar games and Playoffs, but this is because I knew I was not getting a pair of J's. I was stuck on the $49 and under special until I turned 16 and bought my own.

The little fat white homie next door always had the fresh J's twice a year, when he got new J's I knew the new J's were out.

This is why everything from the 10 back are the livest shoes to me, never even messed with the 11's until the lows because shoe weren't cool to me then, it was rims amps and subwoofers.

What you said about the vets is plain disrespectful. It does not matter if you are in the US or not. They are very brave on what they do and I commend them for that.
