I think Most dude are rite about this release. Many pairs will be made. Just put in some work like a month before and then when its a week or two away, go hard to really secure yours. the only thing i find hard about getting them is people like me want 3. i never double up. but these are a triple up, skipping a few releases and saved up a few bills already.

The "hot pink" color you speak of is actually infrared though. Same color used in 91'.

The color on these is completely accurate to the original.

The paint on that '91 pair looks like it has darkened a bit, but the 2014 pair is in fact NOT "completely accurate", it's just the closest they've come so far.

Exactly. It's like they mix more white into the paint or something, resulting in a peachier, more vibrant Infrared.

The 1991 paint is very close to the 2014s. You also have to consider the yellowing. The 1991s are over 20 years old. When the 1991s were brand new, the color was probably identical to the new color.

Its not though. Atleast not on the white infrared

No it wasnt. I was there in 91

Both retros were off.

One was more on the red side the other was more on the pink side

But imo i like the 2014 better

pretty stoked to get these in the mail the other day. not too keen on the jumpman air as most have mentioned. However, i'm thankful to have another pair from 2000 with nike air the heel and the 3m under the vents is a nice touch.

will def wear these, and try to get another pair when the actual release date comes around.

sekim2detcidda Are those a large size (12+)? I see some things that dont look right on them. Those are most likely GM (high quality fakes) if you didn't get them from nike.
