Looks smooth fam. I'd keep it if I were you. I've been growing mine for like a year and was getting coils and now it's long enough for two strand twists and braids. Are you going for locs? I don't want locs I just want my hair to be long and I'm fortunate enough not to have to go to a shop because I have a female friend who does my hair at her house.

It gets better with time trust me. I felt the same way inititally.
Figure I’ll show my progression since feb of last year. Been able to grow my hair out because of COVID and working from home. We’ll be going back into the office sometime in October so I may cut some of the length off but I’m still gonna keep it growing until then.
