-I don't understand the tribes...there's nothing I've heard in their breakdown that makes sense to me as far as the tribes...

why are they separated that way? what makes them different from each other? especially given how ppl ended up in these places.
why are certain native American groups their own tribe but certain ppl from certain countries (which def have large native American populations and large black populations) aren't included in the same tribes??

west Indians include ppl from English speaking islands but also dutch, french and Spanish. for example, pr and dr are west indian countries.
we specifically got the term west indian from Columbus being in dr and referring to the native americans there (tainos) as Indians, from my memory (so there's that, ninjahood. dr is a west indian country). those same native americans inhabited a lot of the Caribbean, including Jamaica, Haiti, pr, etc.

i'm just saying. I don't think it makes sense off of that alone. going further into that, argentina is a white country, Colombia, Venezuela and brazil (which brazil isn't included?) have large black populations with brazil having the largest outside of Africa and larger than any African country other than nigera. period etc.

some of them seem to say some crazy stuff about Africans from memory that I just disagree with as a descendent of enslaved Africans.

other than that, I love the...I don't care attitude they have and the fact that a lot of them can go toe to toe with anybody.
personally I would debate one but i'm not doing that in front of ppl that don't look like me.

They mess with Black people as well. I watched them go after this brother who they had thought was a dred, with their calling Hallie Selassie gay, using the derogatory term. It didn't end well, but gaining attention is their end game.

They may gain attention, but they won’t hold it w/ their approach. I’m actually surprised I haven’t seen anything escalate past words w/ them.

They have had that approach for more than 25 years. Back then, they were far more confrontational. They are not out to recruit just anyone. The saying goes, a hit dog will holla.
If you have any education that reaches beyond biblical text, you won't even hear them.

If you look for a tribe breakdown, you'll get your answer. From what I've seen though, it's more about being one of the tribes than which one.

Their position is that we, "black" people in the western hemisphere, and native "Africans" are not the same people, which in a way makes sense because the "Africans sold other Africans into slavery" narrative just doesn't make sense, that's not in our nature.

No disrespect to anyone, but I've seen the Israelites who you all are talking about that go extra hard with it, and I've seen others that don't get into shouting matches and actually have reasonable discussions with people, of all walks, on the street. 99% of their positions are backed by the scriptures. I could see how that doesn't mean anything to someone who doesn't believe in the Bible, but they definitely have a better understanding of the Bible than ANYONE coming out of a "christian" church. Honestly, I like to see our MEN come together, in order, looking to stand on their own and not beg caucasians for anything.

It was the first belief system on the planet. Everyone knows, or should know, that Black people were the first people on this plane of existence. Our belief system was that of understanding the forces of nature, and our connection to such. It is who we are, and who we always will be.

Knowledge is power, and I never refute the additional understanding that comes with gaining knowledge. I also deal with facts, and empirical data with the endgame being our people being able to rise up out of our current condition as a people. And not from trying to beg/guilt "white" people into being fair or any of that nonsense. I mean operating from a position of power, being able to enforce how other people conduct themselves with us, you feel me?

Argentina was colonized by the Spanish who raped and pillaged. Historically the black men, from memory, were all but killed on the front lines of a war or something and I guess the women integrated until black ppl hardly exist...add in inviting other Europeans into the country to whiten the country and you have what you have today I'm going off of memory from research not Google so I could be off on some things.

Now as far as black ppl selling black ppl into slavery we know that trickery happened and we know that the intentions of the Portuguese werent initially known by Africans.

I just feel like a quick history lesson shuts down a lot of what Hebrew Israelites are saying.

I guess it all depends on where those facts come from, and how they are received by whom. I think that it is pretty clear that if the wrong people get certain info? That power can shift in the wrong direction, away from its true purpose and source.

You don't have to look any further than the current white house, in order to observe that fact.

You know, I get it my man. They have been poisoned with that bull just like much of the world. This main issue is that when whites are looking to find common ground? They will often bring up a group of people that they feel that you should hate, someone that they feel that you should denounce. That is how they get comfortable with you, but I know that you know this. This is what I saw from that question posed by that individual. For me, the Black Israelite's are still Black men, living in a world that is oppressive to Black people. They only behave the way that they do, because of the white supremacist system that allowed them to grow in the way that they have. With a proper education, a true foundation of critical thinking, the bible, nor any other religious text would not be taken literally, anywhere. That would nip all of the bullskip at the bud.
