To me a Black community has never truly existed as we don't get to control what is taught in our schools as far as history(slavery) or what types of business' are run(liquor stores on every corner) or just the general status of the neighborhoods( the "Ghetto" or "Hoods")

If you look at Mexican neighborhoods or asian ones, they aren't like that and at least have a places of their own heritage.

To me it's more of white communities, populated with black people in them.
 
I'm talking current my man. In a time I live in, where this can happen more than just one pinpointed time in history, not just the 20's.

While respect the woman in that videos acts, I also respect the shakiness in her voice, she's uncertain if she's even doing the right thing.....especially since she literally listed a better plan that would secure her and her families future. Respect the huge limb she's going out on
