They ask what you do for a living to figure out how you can be useful to/for them. Especially if we're talking about building a network. Keep it a buck. The respect thing is true to am extent, but best believe they are sizing up how you can benefit them first and foremost.
Plus, giving respect based on a person's job/where they are at in life...I get it. But please don't make the mistake of talking down to Joe Schmo or treating him less than simply because of a job title.
There was some good here. And I should stop nitpicking the bad out of a 96 second clip...but yeah, this has some misses.
Exactly. Wealthy, well to do people/rich folks definitely are the most conniving people out here. That’s always been the true illness of our society. People letting their guards down just because a person has a lucrative job or lifestyle is one of the truest ways to get lined up
