Black Cement 3. one shoe is off?

i purchased these tonight and then checked them against my true blue and fire red 3s... when i got up with the seller he made it a point to tell me they were dead stock and he only tried one on... The issue i have with one of them is that the print on one is very light and the feel of it is very soft compared to the rest.. Maybe im just being paranoid but this is my first sneaker ive purchased non retail for $250. please let me know if they are legit.

i dont know if you notice but on the right pair the word air is close to the elephant print. where as the left pair is at its normal position.

I noticed the same. Everything looks legit though. Probably just inconsistency from JB.
