black cement 3 legit check, first pair if jordans

hey guys could i get a legitcheck on these black cement 3s, its my first pair of jordans and just want to make sure, the elephant print on the toe box of each is different and one looks lighter then the other and also the jumpmen look slightly differerent? he says he doesnt have a box but the box is for the flip 3s just not sure if its legit cos hes only asking 150$ for them too... thanks guys View media item 1577858

Yes it's actually very common with these releases and is a good sign of authenticity. Some fakes have a thick pattern going throughout the whole shoe on the left and right. Red flag. So having inconsistent thickness is a good thing.

it can be if you're looking at different retros from different years. The most recent retros should have similiar thickness. I would compare them to another AJ3 from the same year. If you compare the og's to the retros you'll definitely see a difference in the elephant print on the front and on the back.

You'll notice some pairs have different elephant print patterns as well. I tend to go for pairs have similar patterns - I feel like they're more "authentic" but thats just me. Some people may not care about how the pattern differs in their pair.

Yeah there is a difference between flaws in manufacturing and red flags. $150 is not bad for this used pair. $400+ would be referring to an unworn pair.

Here is my pair. Notice the eprint pattern on the heel and toe. The heel eprint pattern is visibly thicker than the toe pattern. No two eprint patterns are exactly the same.

Hard to explain but the overall shape of the shoe, the shade of grey on the shoes have to be correct, the tongues should be rounded off and not puffy, the eprint cuts should be low and the eprint pattern itself has to look a certain way.

Yes, lots of Jordan shoes have insoles that are glued really good to the shoe and some have loose insoles that can easily be removed. This is a legit overseas pair.
