bump ur CARBS n PROTEIN intake to 2.5x ur body weight...eat 7x a day...each meal needs 350+ cals...

workout 4x a week...u need resistance training...not too much cardio or u gonna lose muscle fiber...

start wit whole body exercises...dead-lifts/flat-incline bench...and don't forget SQUATS...don't be like other meat heads with little-itty-bitty legs...

Lift weights
Drink energy drinks before you go in to the weight room or get a pre-workout supplement like NO-explode or Jack3d if you REALLY can't get motivated
Stack up on frozen pizzas
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Chinese food
You don't need whey protein you need more than that bro......you need a MASS gainer and you need to take 2 servings of it a day. You're 22 and don't even weigh 120 pounds? What the #%*#?!
