I'm biased, so I'm gonna go with Edgar Martinez.
Kemp has a nice swing too... 

This is just me, but I think swings look better when the batter releases his top-hand during the follow-through...

It's a better look for lefty's, imo.

Juan Uribe lmao... cracks me up when he brings both hands in front of him before he runs to first.
 
Pretty sure Chipper Jones and Mark Texiera both release their top hand when hitting from the left side, but keep both hands when hitting right handed.
