If you count non-rap then the best is that theme from Requiem For A Dream

If were talkin rap, theres too many to name, but one that sticks out was the opening song in Belly when they were robbing the club. As for non-rap, id say"Someone To Love You" by Ruff Endz (Down To Earth Soundtrack)
