Recently I was trying to ship a pair of shoes from NY to Hawaii Priority Mail/ Double-Boxed and almost cost close to $30. So instead I ditched the box andwrapped the shoe box with papers taped together (like a gift wrap) and it only cost $12 with confirmation.
I usually buy the Ready Post 15x12 x 10 Box from the Post Office which is around $3. There's still room in there and I basically pay extra for that spacein the box. And now that I think about it there could be alot of money saved using the right size box. I just don't know where I can find them.
Now I'm looking for a box which is thinly made cardboard (less weight consuming) and just the right size for shoe boxes. If anyone know a place or a sitewhere I can find it in bundles and for cheap that'll be great.
Once I came across a box that came with a shoe I purchased, which was paper-like very thin cardboard and just the perfect size for a shoe box. It's like anenvelope for a shoe box. I'm lookin for a similar type of box.
