Best program to remove viruses and spyware?

McAfee 2010 is good also. I just had a problem, and this was recommended to me.

I use Avg Free with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Ccleaner and my computer hasn't had anything wrong with it in a looong time.

i had both, kaspersky is the best as far as having an anti spyware and all that stuff to protect the computer.. its the most expensive one and its very userfriendly, it lets you know when your computer is at risk and lets you fix it before anything goes wrong.. look into it
