My account just got "permanently limited"

When I called and asked why they said something along the lines of me getting in too many gift payments or some nonsense. I've gotten maybe 5 or 6 gift payments this year. There isnt fraudulent activity going on and all gift payments I've received were from friends I know in real life and they are legit gift payments.

I'll keep calling and seeing what I can do but if not then what is a good alternative? I wont be able to unlink my bank account or credit cards from that paypal account.

Google checkout?

Anybody have experience buying on eBay without paypal?

I've gotten a similar email. I hardly use it anymore but now they've limited the amount I can deposit into my bank per month. Stupid. As far as an alternative there aren't really any. PayPal has become the standard

Your best bet is to open up a new bank account with a few dollars in it,cancel those cards and open up a new PayPal. Just use another service to get your "gifts"

Paypal is the Walmart of online/mobile payment processing. There's a lot of Paypal alternatives just Google but none have the name recognition and aren't as accepted. (Most don't even operate outside the country they're located)

Ebay allows Allpay.net, Bidpay, cash2india, CertaPay, Checkfree.com, hyperwallet.com, Moneybookers.com, Nochex.com, Ozpay.biz, Paymate.com.au, Propay.com, XOOM

I signed up for Amazon Payments a few weeks ago haven't had a chance to use it. (Can't remember the last time I received a non PayPal payment) Gonna check out other some other companies eventually.
