All of these have relatively low stats and no weapons/armor except for the last 7, who I found I couldn't beat. I've seen people with about the same/alittle higher stats get them with a RPG, but I'm too poor to afford one lulz.

My stats are about 2, 7, 2 mil aprox and had SWAT armor and a Street Sweeper/Uzi so you should be straight if you have those...and on that note can someonewho's level 150 or higher sell me some waters? ID: 42198

I used all these dudes to level up and I didnt have a problem with their weapons so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
