if you're on a mac press the mouse and control key on the video and you'll see a popup with one of the selections saying "get embed code"

copy that and paste it between



thats that little thingy in the NT toolbar that looks like a slice of film reel.


you can also get the embed code off youtube under the video, one of the selections is "share" and it gives it to you if you click on it.
