Best HDTV for around $1,200?

Just looking for some advice...

I know little about TVs right now...

Needs to be at least a 42"...

BTW...needs to be available @ Best Buy (I have a gift card in a large amount)

If you could go with a 40" I would go with a Samsung LN40a650 or b550, cant go wrong with either one...

do this. the 650 has an LED backlight though, while the 550 has a lamp bulb. LED>bulb.

^ no it doesnt

but the a650 is still one of the best for the buck even though it's "outdated" (last season's model)
