i would clap quick! if they looked like some thug %%* ____'s i'd shoot to kill, but if i could see that they was some yung dudes i wouldnt try to killem. but more than likely if i get robbed its gon be over them swangaz && thatz a no~no imma murk whoever tryna take them. i been robbed before, i wishthem ____'s try to jack me now.

I wouldn't have a gun in the first place, but I would probably yell at them while brandishing my gun and then just call the cops. If they have guns and tryto pull them I'd shoot to save my own life

From what I know, it's not just an NC law, it's the same here in Pittsburgh. In a robbery, if you shoot the burglar in the back, that shows that hewas tryin' to get away, and you'll be charged. He'll also be charged if he lives [dependin' on his lawyer....but if he's tryin' to robyou, chances are, he doesn't have one], but you can get charged with attempted homicide or homicide.

You have the right to shoot any trespasser. If you feel your life is in danger you can fire away. Sad but remember that guy that killed his wife... he thoughtshe was breaking in the house..she got off early and came home and he shot her.
