Banned from 4chan? vol. who is the pervy guy who lives in my apt building

In class today we were talking about internet phenomenons and kids were talking about 4Chan. So I decided to check out 4chan for the first time. I have neverbeen on 4chan and I have never posted on 4chan. I pretty much use NT for all internet related trends. So I get home and it says i was "banned forCP". Which is odd because 1. I didn't know what the hell CP stood for (i now know its Child Porn) and 2. How can I be banned if I have never been onthere. So I asked my roommate if he has been on 4chan and dude looked at me as if I asked him to recite a Styles P lyric (he is a white, hard rock/electrodude).

And then I realized that pretty much everyone in my apt shares the same internet connection (it's cheap and included in our rent thats why). We all havepasswords to an internet system sort of like when you go to the airport and have to log on to use their wifi. So now I want to know what creepy pedobear isliving in my building, and why is dude ruining my 4chan experience. It's wierd knowing that there is a kid living here going Hulk off of Dakota Fanningpics.

I wanted to find out who it was. But 4Chan only gave me a generic IP that everyone gets when they log onto our system. Just like when you have alinksys router the IP is always 192.169.1.1. There is 16 floors to my building thats a lot of people to weed out with barely any info.
