 don't tell that man to live in Dundalk or Essex.  Unless you enjoy being surrounded by white trash/******s and displaced dudes from jersey.  Other than that everything else is accurate.  Fells, Fed Hill, and areas around Camden are your best bets.  Much younger crowds, students, young professionals, etc.  Baltimore is kind of cool and unique.  Enjoy. 

I hesitated on that reccomendation...but there's a few lol chill spots sprinkled in Essex in the midst of PWT though. Cheap rent too. Or rosedale.

So im def not trying to stay in the hood and im not in the drug game but I will be looking for tree lol

Agree with what people said. Downtown or come up top to North east Baltimore. Towson or parkville. Tree is always around. Any other questions hit me up
