I have always got the standard "Name a time when you made a difference" questions, which I hate so much. But my girl got the worst interview ever... She was interviewing for a assistant manager position at Urban Outfitters and dude asks her where she went to high school, so she answers him, he looks at her for a second and says "Considering where you grew up I don't think you understand our demographic." Homegirl grew up in a sort of hood/blue collar neighborhood, but this is a urban outfitters for gods sake. She just kind of looked at him with her mouth open and then got up and left. Personally, I would have wilded out on dude, but she was hoping for a call back from the DM which she eventually got.
