Mine was $200 for a 2 door (without the couple inches allowed on the windshield)

5% all the way around. Got pulled over 4 times in 2 years and decided just to take it off

You know how you guys in here take mondaynightraw's advice when it comes to audio stuff...

Well take mine like that when it comes to window tint...

First off to OP on Dirtylicious 3M window tint sucks donkey balls... you're only paying for the name (think beats by Monster with headphones)... that brand tint is no good whatsoever... believe me... I know about this stuff first hand.

Llumar (Lu Lu for window tint industry slang lol) is bar non the best all around tint out there... unless you get into high end ceramic window tinting and get into brands like Huber Optic.

Llumar window tint has been the industry staple for years and many other companies have tried to copy their tint but have failed miserably...

Prices are going to vary from state to state, shop to shop, and it also depends one what type of car you got... if you have a high end luxury car expect to pay more ~ $250 + ~

A lot of times you see people get those quick "mickey mouse tints" for the cheapest they can find... well you get what you pay for... that cheap tint will last at most 2 years if you're lucky until it starts fading to purple or peeling off.

Also, go to a shop that's been around for a while... and has worker's that have many years experience (not some illegals working there, sorry to offend anyone) not saying that they can't do the job good, but it does say a lot for the shop owner if he has a bunch of illegals up in there working for crap pay... I will say this though 9/10 the illegals are actually better than I guess you could say regular window tinting technicians.

See what type of work your guy does or look at a car he previously has done before... also your tint will have bubbles somewhat, but once you let the car fully dry after a few days it will get them all out just leave it in the sun... another thing when they're doing your back windshield... ask them o pop out your 3rd brake light instead of cutting around it because it makes the job look horrible.

Don't be a cheapskate when it comes to this stuff because window tint is one of the cheapest and longest lasting mod you can do to your car that makes it look completely different and for the better.

You know the saying "you get what you pay for"...

Anyone else have any questions feel free...

This is probably going to sound like a really stupid question, but I have no idea about these things so....

Can window tints be removed (if I were to get the windows tinted on a leased car)?

Absolutely they can be removed...

You can pay to get it done... which I advise to be done by a professional who knows what they're doing.

Or you can do it yourself with something like Windex or some other spray that's similar that contains ammonia and a black garbage bag.

One thing you have to be careful about though 4wrestling is when removing from the back windshield... if not done correctly it can damage the rear defroster lines and that's problems you don't want to get yourself into.
