Blade Wash flushes out all the hair that get's trapped in between the blades so that they don't get clogged up.
All you do is place the teeth of the blade while the clipper is running and it'll rinse out all the hair.
Doing this will also flush out all the oil, causing the blades to get really dry.
That's when you oil them again to lubricate them.
You can just use a towel to wipe it off, for the excess oil that drips out and blade wash.
