If I want to start selling my product on Amazon, how does Prime work? Do I have to ship within 2 days or does it have to be delivered within 2 days? Does the seller take that entire hit? Shipping UPS Blue or USPS Priority for every order sounds pricey.

I'd like to sell with the "Prime" designation, I'd just want to know how it works.

I dont sell but i thought if it was prime its coming from one of the fulfillment centers. That means you would have to send enough of your products to each of the centers or something like that.

I looked into it a little bit.

There's SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime) where you warehouse and sell your own product and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) where your ship to an Amazon facility and they take care of the rest for a fee.

Chopper let me know if I can help, I own our eCommerce strategy so deal with margins all day everyday. My margins are 40ish at a Costco, Sams etc but 25ish on Amazon/ Wm.com

I'm looking into integrating one but there are dozens of options. Looked at feedvisor, but it seems as though it's catered towards people who do TONS of volume. Also looked at appeagle and bqool for maybe a good starting point.
