^^ hard to see but "Gel" is off center on the right shoe and its in smaller font lol

But my second pair of gel lyte IIIs to go with my nice kicks IIs.  I am very happy with them extremely comfortable shoes.

For $138 shipped i love them.  I have paid way more for jordan's of lesser quality.  There are small things wrong.  Like the "gel" on the back and some excess glue on mine.  But nothing that bad.

FINALLY got my pair in. Really love the shoes, might even be my personal favorite colorway of the Fieg x Asics collaborations since I'm a sucker for the black/grey/light blue color combo. Don't see any excessive glue stains, GEL on the back looks good on each shoe, so I'm good.

But damn, Kith really needs to step up their customer service though, took forever for me to get these in.

so i just have to post this to see if anyone else had a similar experience.  i ordered my leatherbacks on the release date, took a couple of tries but finally got my size 9.  received email confirmation right after and they took the money right away so im thinking im in like flint.  ten(10) days later i receive four emails within a short span of each other.  first one is my shipping confirmation(GREAT!), second is from customer service saying due to the high traffic on release day they oversold and would not be able to fulfill my order(heart sinks), third is a confirmation of them refunding my money(depressed) and finally fourth one saying to disregard the second email and that my order was processed and they would send a shipping confirmation as soon as it ships(confused and slightly hopefull).  yesterday the shoes arrive on my doorstep 

 and this morning the refund is posted on my account 

.

yeah, between here and iss, i've heard some crazy stories about their customer service (not to mention my own story)...

these dudes have hype, photoshopped, enhanced colors in photos, decent designs, etc., down to a science... but when it comes to basic customer service with the simple task of selling and shipping out a couple hundred pairs of shoes, they don't have a single clue what they're doing...

Tell me about it. Had to return something and didn't hear from them for WEEKS so I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. I love their stuff, but that is just ridiculous to me a company cannot answer one email.

How do they annoy you? They are one of the most comfortable shoes I own 

just the look of it lol. i agree they are comfortable. but i dislike the way they split down the middle (i have wide feet so that gap is huge unless i really tighten the laces).
