Yea, stuck with my normal gl3 size and there's a little room just the way I like it. If you have narrow feet, going tts or .5 down from usual gl3 sizing would be good.
The extra insoles are nice too. They're thinner than the original ones already in the shoe, but should be good for ventilation.

I'd go TTS, whatever your gl iii/gl v. i don't have too narrow but its not wide.
