Materials on them sns is tweed and synthetic nubuck. So i dont believe they will be charging more than 130$ for them.

For most countries it's cheaper for them to ship to us due to the value of our $ as well as the premium salaries our shipping companies get. Some ups employees make like $80k a year + benefits. They gotta cover those salaries somehow. USPS gets paid on the lower side and that's still a $40k minimum.
